Important Notice: Office Operations During Spring 2022

While the Ombuds Office continues to be open weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm, our Skye Hall Office will be physically staffed Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8 am and 2 pm, and Wednesdays between 8 am and noon.

Please make an appointment in advance.  If you drop by, staff may not be available to respond in person due to prior appointments and meetings.
In-person meetings are subject to a specific limitation on anonymity due to COVID-19 public health concerns.  If Ombuds Office staff develop symptoms associated with COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19, they are currently obligated to disclose to the campus COVID Management Team (CMT) who they have had close contact with during the relevant time period for the purposes of case investigation.  While the CMT conducts case investigation on a need-to-know basis, the Ombuds Office cannot guarantee the anonymity of in-person Visitors to the office under these circumstances.  Zoom and phone meetings can be conducted without this limitation to anonymity.
